2009 Goose Joak Originals - Card Directory

Primer on 2009 Goose Joak Originals

Goose Joak is launching its own card set in 2009!

In short, the checklist will be expansive (ala Topps Total), the price point will be cheap (free, in fact) and the entire emphasis will be on base cards rather than auto-gamers or short numbered inserts. It's a "back to basics" set, largely in response to blogger demand. Click here to read more about why.

The card design is original (created by Goose Joak). The cards themselves are produced by Goose Joak and friends of Goose Joak. A full list of collaborators is available at the bottom of this post.

If you are seeing this project for the first time and are interested in making some cards of your favorite players, just let me know! I'm happy to pass along any templates that you need. All you need is a layer-based photo editor (such as Photoshop, or even a free one like GIMP).

Here is a list of cards that have been posted to Goose Joak so far. The posts will occur throughout the entire 2009 season.
