I like the concept...but I don't like Joey getting his hand chopped off by the green. I would either scoot the photo to the left or bring his hand out to overlap.
Also, not sure I like the use of "Joseph" instead of "Joey." Maybe that's just me, but if you made a Griffey card would you put his real name (George) on the front?
