Jhoulys Chacin is a popular sleeper for 2011, and rightly so.  But how about Carlos Carrasco?  He should give you about 8 K/9 (to Chacin's 9 K/9).  That's about 20 strikeouts over the course of a season, which is pretty much noise to me, considering how fallible projections can be.  

Plus:

- he throws harder

- he gets more ground balls

- he has better control

- his out pitch is the change rather than the slider, so he has less chance of injury

- he is cheaper

- he is one year older
