A couple of pictures from Opening Day.  De La Rosa held the Padres in check for seven innings.  He had great command of his pitches and was throwing everything for strikes.  

The inset photo is a screencap from mlb.tv.  I thought it turned out pretty nicely!

Ubaldo is the other Rockies pitcher on the rise.  Threw a gem yesterday, with seven strikeouts over six innings.  Between Jimenez and De La Rosa, the Rockies have a promising couple of pitchers.
