Suggested by Jason a few days ago, here is another Detroit Tigers tribute to 1988 Topps American Baseball. Just 22 years old, Perry has already cracked the big league roster in 2009. He still has a ways to go with his control (5 BB/9 in the minors), but the Tigers must think a lot of him because he's really been fast-tracked. He threw just 14 innings in the minors before getting the call.
