MLB - Brayan Pena - Paternity Leave
MLB - Matt Treanor - 7 Day DL
AAA - Lucas May - Traded
AAA - Manny Pina - Promoted to MLB
AAA - Salvador Perez - Promoted to MLB
The Royals called up a backup from advanced rookie ball named Ryan Jenkins. He still has yet to play!
